Delivery time will vary depending on your method of payment and contact details provided. To ensure the fastest possible delivery time it is important that you provide correct and as much contact information as possible when placing your order. The delivery time is a combination of Order Processing/Dispatch Times as stated on the product page followed by Shipping Times as below.

About Shipping Insurance
Shipping Insurance is covered by our private company insurance and is calculated at 2% of the value of the product (rounded up to the nearest dollar) for Metropolitan, Regional or Remote areas, the insurance will cover you against any goods that are damaged and/or lost in transit to you from our warehouse.
Shipping Insurance is Highly Recommended:
Customers who did not purchase shipping insurance WILL NOT be Eligible for Full Refund of the product value/ Replacement when Damage/ Lost-Shipment occurred.
For insurance purposes, please report shipment with any damage in transit (with photos of the product and packaging provided) as soon as the shipment is received. Any delays in reporting this may result in the claim being rejected.
